"Say We believe in God and what is revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and I`saac and Jacob and the Tribes, and what was entrusted to Moses and Jesus and the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them and to Him we have surrendered." (Quran 3: 84)

Interfaith Dialogue & Invitation to Islam

There is no compulsion in religion, for the right way is clearly distinct from the wrong way. Whoever therefore rejects the forces of evil and believes in God, he has taken hold of a support most unfailing, which shall never give way, for God is All Hearing and Knowing. (Holy Qurán 2:256)

Relation of Islam with other religions

Interaction: An Absolute Must

It is essential to interact with people of other faiths because otherwise there is no way one can appreciate what the other person thinks and feels, what are the priorities in his life, what are the driving forces & his aims in life. Please contact us by writing to adm4iktt@yahoo.co.in or join our yahoogroup 4islam to interact.

Yet if God had so willed, they would not have ascribed Divinity to aught besides him; hence, We have not made you their keeper, nor are you (of your own choice) a guardian over them. (Holy Qurán 6:107)

The Concept of God in various world religions

We see there are so many different religions existing in this world today. The differing views of major religions starts with "their concept of God" which can be found from their respective sacred religious scriptures. Hence, the first thing that needs to be talked about is the Concept of God in various religions. For a Comparative Religion study, this is the starting point.

Say: O People of the Scripture! Come to an agreement between us and you: that we shall worship none but Allah, and that we shall ascribe no partner unto Him, and that none of us shall take others for lords beside Allah. And if they turn away, then say: Bear witness that we are they who have surrendered (unto Him, i.e. we are Muslims). [Holy Qur'an 3:64]

We have a nice collection of reference material for people of different faiths and students of comparative religion to compare & test them against Islam. Please do not use this material in a manner that might be insulting or abusive to someone of another faith.

But if they turn away from you, (O Prophet remember that) your only duty is a clear delivery of the Message (entrusted to you). (Holy Qurán 16:82)
